A silent place, full of color and tranquility. This feeling that I tried climbing through the narrow streets of small town perched on the Apuan Alps, where climbing anymore leads to the Sage and Rosemary. The soil is made in terraces, with grass and luxuriant vegetation everywhere. It really seems to live in a fairy tale. The apartments are furnished and cared for in a unique way. I climb the steep staircase and shortly after arrival to the apartment of the future bride and groom. Scott and Alistair are finishing dressing. Have devoted great care for every detail, how to use the same colors of the clothes but reversed. The cloth used for their neckties and small pouches that contain wedding rings have the imagination of small dogs. This particular derives from their passion for these. I try to move discreetly, trying not to disturb the moment preceding the wedding. After greeting them, taking with me a small treasure: wedding rings. I reach the guests, already gathered on the lawn overlooking Camaiore. The sky is cloudy and does not allow to enjoy the spectacle of the sea in the background, unfortunately. A few minutes later here’s a noise coming from the street below: are the two newlyweds, arrived at the ceremony aboard a vespa! Time to get off and they appear from the scale. Festive greet guests, which counter affectionately. It begins, Jo the celebrant is ready to start. The small tent, set up in case of rain, delimits the space dedicated to the newlyweds and witnesses, creating a more intimate environment. As the ceremony goes live the bride and groom begin to loosen the initial tension, while having fun together with family and friends present. The time of the exchange of the rings is really exciting, with Scott that doesn’t stand the excitement and lets run away a few tears. Alistair promptly the dries his eyes with a finger. A kiss, all applaud. We are the signatures of the bride and groom and witnesses, to seal this wonderful Union. It’s time of congratulations! Hugs and kisses are lined with thousands of palpable excitement in the air. The group moves upstairs to toast with a glass of prosecco. The music surrounds the guests, who laugh and joke between a joke and the other. Shortly after one of the guests is flying his drone, so that invitees can be filmed from above. Time passes and it is time for the dinner. After the speech of greeting ritual Scott and Alistair. It was a beautiful wedding, full of emotions and beautiful images. It was an honor for me to be their photographer!
